1. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:01 am EST on 04/30/2009 and ends
at 11:59 pm EST on 09/30/2009.

2. To Enter: Call  Pulliam Home Remodeling Inc at 843-873-5578 or visit www.SideandSave.com/pulliamhomeremodelinginc to schedule an in-home demonstration of INSULATED SIDING WITH FULLBACK® TECHNOLOGY.  The first 100 individuals to schedule an appointment by phone or online by 09/30/2009 will be automatically entered for the prize drawing.

3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter the contest.  All entries must be received by 09/30/2009. A purchase of product or service WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE CONTEST PRIZE.

4. Eligibility: Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Quebec, Canada, or where prohibited by law. Employees of Pulliam Home Remodeling Inc ("Sponsor"), its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or suppliers (collectively "Contest Parties") and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Contest at any time during the Contest Period and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Canadian Entrants: Selected entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by mail, electronically, or via telephone, in order to win. Contest void in the Province of Quebec.

 

5.  General Contest Rules:

 

a.       Sponsor and Contest Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any
telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers,
hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed,
incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination
thereof.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. ANYONE INTENTIONALLY OR ATTEMPTING TO UNLAWFULLY MANIPULATE, CAUSE ANY INTERFERENCE WITH OR INTERRUPTION TO THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION WILL FORFEIT ANY PRIZE WINNINGS FROM THE CONTEST. 
 

b.      In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the
entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned
to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service
provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address) or, in the case of an entry made via telephone, the individual assigned to the telephone number from which the scheduled appointment was made. 

c.       If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of
unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

d.      All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and
regulations apply to this Contest.

e.       The Contest Prize winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, all required tax reporting forms, and, if legally permissible, Publicity Release within 14 days of notification as a condition to receipt of their Contest prize.  Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsors
and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of
advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by
law.

f.       Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or
greater value should a prize or any component of a prize become
unavailable.

g.      By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the
Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

h.      Sponsor and Contest Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the
announcement of prizes. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to
release and hold harmless Sponsor and Contest Parties (including but not limited to their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion, fulfillment, judging agents and agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees), from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind
arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (1)
the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any
prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Contest or any prize
related activities. Sponsor and Contest Parties make no representation or
warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize
awarded. If the Contest prize is delivered via courier or postal mail, Sponsor and Contest Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected delivery thereof.

6.  Selection  and Notification of Contest Prize Winner; Claiming of Contest Prize.  The Contest Prize recipient will be randomly selected by Sponsor on or about the tenth business day following the entry deadline .  Sponsor will announce the name of the Contest Prize Recipient on its website within 5 business days of selection, and will notify recipient by telephone, electronic mail or postal mail on or about that date.  Contest Winner must notify Sponsor of acceptance of Contest Prize within 48 hours of notification of selection.

7. Verification: All Contest entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any Contest entries made where prohibited by law or not pursuant to official Contest rules and procedures will be null and void.

8. Contest Prize and Odds:

 

a.       Contest Prize:  There shall be one (1) Contest prize, which shall consist of Sony 32" BRAVIA® HD LCD TV, with a total prize value of $900.00.

 

Prize consists only of that/those item(s) specifically listed
as part of the prize. Any expenses not specified herein (including but
not limited to income tax, sales taxes, and all other costs incurred in
claiming prize) are the sole responsibility of the winner.  In the event of unavailability of any Contest Prize, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal retail value selected in its sole discretion.

 

In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Contest winner, at its discretion will either not award the prize, or randomly select another entrant until the prize is awarded.

 

b.         Odds of Winning:  One Contest Prize will be granted.  Odds of winning    are based on the total number of all Contest entries received.
